Booking terms & conditions

Quotations are valid for 7 days and subject to availability at confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any required deposit has cleared.

Day trips are charged in full at booking. Multi-day trips take a deposit of 20% to 30% at confirmation with the balance due 30 days before departure. Some airfares and lodges require full payment at booking.

Each product displays its own cancellation window. Free cancellation is available on most day trips up to 24 hours prior. Amendments are subject to availability and supplier terms.

Prices are per person sharing unless stated, and include park/conservancy fees unless stated otherwise. Statutory taxes or park fee hikes beyond our control will be notified in writing.

Travellers are responsible for holding valid travel documents. We assist with applications but cannot be liable for government eTA/visa delays or denied boarding.

Comprehensive travel insurance including medical evacuation is mandatory for all multi-day safari itineraries.

TripCentric acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, camps and ground operators. We inspect partners with care and handle escalations directly on your behalf.

Raise any issue with your consultant or 24-hour line while travelling so it can be resolved immediately. Written reviews must reach us within 14 days of return.
