Why we hold it
To quote, book and service your travel; meet airline, immigration, and regulatory obligations; reach you during in-destination travel; and send occasional updates if opted-in.
Who we share it with
Airlines, contracted camps, ground transfer operators, insurers, and payment processors strictly as needed to deliver your booking. We never sell data.
How long we keep it
Financial and booking records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and regulatory standards. Contact details for newsletter updates are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion where retention isn't required by law. Contact privacy@tripcentric.com.
